The La Clusaz Experience Pass comes in the form of a ready-to-use, personal and non-transferable magnetic card.
The Pass is controlled́ by each service provider via a telephone application.
The unit́ for calculating the duration of the Pass is the day. For example, for a 6-day Pass, the first day of use is considered as day 1, whether the activity takes place at 10am or 6pm.

Is it possible to purchase an Experience Pass for non-consecutive days?
No, this is not technically possible.
Is there a child's rate?
No, the Experience Pass has a single price, regardless of age.
My child is under 5 years old, do I need to buy them a pass?
It depends on what the child wants to do. Some of the available activities are automatically free for children under 5 (ski lifts, Hameau des Alpes, summer toboggan run, water park), while others require payment (Grange des Minis, all activities at the leisure center, mini-golf, Hameau des Petits). It's up to you to decide if your child will participate in these activities and if the cost of the pass justifies it.
My accommodation provider is not a partner in this offer, what should I do?
You can purchase your passes at the public price on this website by choosing the duration, the first day of use, and the number of passes. You will then need to enter your last name, first name, date of birth, and upload a recent photo of the pass holder.
During the purchase, you have the option of loading a magnetic card (La Clusaz pass or ski data card starting from 01-1614 XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX-X) that you already own. You can also confirm your order and pick up your magnetic cards upon arrival, either at the tourist office or the sports club.
Once you have your magnetic cards, go to your customer account on the website "passexperience.laclusaz.com" to activate them. Enter the numbers on the back of the card for each user, or scan the QR code.
Is the pass refundable?
The Experience Pass is non-refundable.

I can’t upload my photo; what should I do?
The file size may be too large or too small. The photo must be between 500 KB and 3 MB. The file must be a JPEG.
Is it possible to add the photo later, after purchase?
No, the photo must be uploaded at the time of purchase

Can I buy passes with different durations or dates in the same order?
Yes, that is possible. First, enter the details for the identical pass(es). Once in your basket, click on the ‘add a pass’ button at the bottom right and enter the details again to add one or more passes with different dates and durations from the first one(s).
Is it possible to pay in instalments on the website?
No, payment must be made in full.

I have just purchased my Experience Pass online without a card to top up. How do I collect and activate my Pass?
Once you arrive in La Clusaz, you must collect your magnetic cards:
- either from your accommodation provider if they are a Pass Experience partner
- either at the Tourist Office counter,
- or at the Club des Sports reception
Once you have your cards, go to your customer area on the website ‘passexperience.laclusaz.com’ to activate them. Enter the numbers on the back of the card for each user, or even quicker: scan the QR code!
Is it possible to change the start date after purchase, without changing the duration?
This is only possible if the request is made to the Tourist Office before the first day of validity of the Pass, and limited to one change request per pass. However, a pass that has been used cannot be changed or refunded.
Is it possible to change the duration of the pass after purchase?
No, this is not possible.
Is it possible to extend the validity of the pass after purchase whilst still benefiting from the preferential rate?
It is possible to extend the validity of the pass after purchase, but the preferential rates will no longer apply. The price for an additional day is €22 per day, or €40.50 for two consecutive additional days.
